We are proud to introduce a structured youth table tennis programme in Wood Green for committed 12–25-year-olds, designed to build strong fundamentals, innovative tactics, and match resilience—whether you’re starting or pushing for competition.
Supported by the charity The Council of Asian People (Haringey), all sessions are free.
Asia Table Tennis Club is pleased to announce our comprehensive youth training initiative, welcoming dedicated young people aged 12 to 25 to join our free coaching programme at our Wood Green location.
We offer structured, professional coaching designed to develop both technical excellence and personal resilience. Our programme recognises that young players bring diverse abilities and aspirations—whether you're beginning your table tennis journey or pursuing competitive ambitions at higher levels, we provide tailored development pathways supported by experienced coaches.
Our initiative is open to young people aged 12–25 with a genuine commitment to developing their table tennis ability. No prior experience is required. We welcome applications from individuals seeking to build foundational skills, advance intermediate technique, or progress towards competitive play.
Participants receive instruction across core competencies:
Fundamental technique – grip, stance, and essential stroke development
Advanced tactics – positioning, game strategy, and competitive decision-making
Physical conditioning – movement efficiency and match endurance
Mental resilience – focus, confidence, and performance management
Our coaching approach combines rigorous technical development with an environment that encourages collaboration, mutual improvement, and personal growth.
This programme is entirely free to join. We believe that talent and dedication should never be barriers to access. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunity for young people across our community to discover their potential in table tennis.
